You should be proud of the lads that delivered our oven Miele products today, nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to put the items in our home. Many thanks Mr M Dunks ps: the kitchen is being renovated and there was no need for your team to check where the items are to be located. The packing was not removed as it will be stored for a few days prior to installation. But there was no damage to the packaging and I was happy about this.

It was excellent. The whole service from start to finish was great. We were kept fully informed of the delivery situation within an hour of placing the order and the goods were delivered on time, safely and by a friendly two man team. Very pleased.

Very convenient small delivery window given, courtesy call received half hour before delivery which was in the time window given. Polite pleasant delivery men. Excellent service, greatly appreciated.

Very satisfactory, first-class service. This is the way all such companies should perform. I received a voice-mail 24 hours before delivery giving a 2-hour window next day, and a call next morning 15 minutes before the van arrived, within the specified window. Unloading was by tail-lift, and delivery men carried the appliance into the house. They were very careful, professional, efficient and courteous, went through the paperwork with me, and took away the external packaging.

These guys were great. They went above and beyond expectation to get my American fridge freezer into the kitchen. Hampered by the snow and doors which were too narrow. Thank you, it looks great. Jo
Verry Happy with delivery Husan called me on mobile 1/2 Hr before arriving with dishwasher which gave me time to sort out other things before they arrived.
